Shipping Details:
We're pleased to offer you a streamlined shipping process. Below, you'll find comprehensive details about our shipping process:
• Order Processing: Your orders hold utmost importance to us. Once you place your order, we ensure that your cargoes are dispatched within the first 3 working days.
• Delivery Time: Following the shipment of your products, an approximate delivery time of 5 working days applies. Please note that this timeframe can vary based on the current workload and the specific delivery region.
• Shipping Partner: We have partnered with MNG Cargo, a renowned cargo company, to guarantee the secure and punctual delivery of your orders.
• Shipping Fees:
• Turkey: A flat shipping fee of 40 TL applies to orders shipped within Turkey. However, orders exceeding 2000 TL qualify for free shipping.
• North Cyprus: A flat shipping fee of 150 TL applies to orders shipped within North Cyprus. However, orders exceeding 3000 TL qualify for free shipping.
• Exchange and Return Policy:
We are committed to your satisfaction, and our exchange and return process is designed to be straightforward. Here's how it works:
• Timeframe: You have a period of 15 days from the day you receive your products to initiate exchanges or returns.
Return Process:
1.To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@saintalen.com. Provide your order details,order number and the reason for the return.
2.Carefully package the items using their original packaging to prevent any damage.
3.Send the products back to us via MNG Cargo. Return shipping fee will be deducted from your return payment.
4.Once we receive the returned items and confirm their condition, your refund will be promptly processed. Kindly allow up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Please note that the timeline for the refund process might vary based on your banking institution.
Exchange Process:
1.We regret to inform you that we do not make direct product exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, you must return the product and order again.
Note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return process is fully completed.
